To the new edition
The focus of the new edition is the Cannabis Act, which came into force for the most part on 1.4.2024, which has removed cannabis products from the Narcotics Act and, in particular, has newly regulated the criminal liability in dealing with them. The new edition sheds light on the practical effects on offences and penalty ranges.
In addition, the work as a whole will be brought up to date in legislation and case law later in 2025.
