Vincent Moissonnier: Cheese Comes Before Dessert (New Book)
Should I take my coat with me to my table? How do I discreetly communicate my food intolerances, and does it make a difference which water I order? Can I politely let them know that I don't like the food? How do I handle it if my companion drinks too much? Is it a faux pas to split the bill, and how do I properly tip whom? After more than forty years as a host, Vincent Moissonnier has experienced just about everything one can experience in the restaurant business, and he has a charming answer to every question.
