In the near future, the air will be so poisoned that people will need breathing masks and an expensive drug to survive. Model Ella McPhee promotes it - until she accidentally swallows an unknown substance and suddenly can live without a mask. Now the company is hunting them down, because all other test subjects died. Only Ella survived and develops superhuman strength on top of that.
