Optimum — which has been operating in the technical and production industry for the Polish Army for 40 years — is looking for 1-2 young, ambitious employees (up to 30 years of age) who want to develop in the profession of technician alongside experienced staff. This is a great opportunity to learn the profession from practitioners and gain a solid foundation in the workshop. Responsibilities: • production and assembly of elements, • operation of machines and equipment (lathes, milling machines, power tools), • maintenance and repair, • support in diagnosing and removing defects, • making simple drawings and documentation, • cooperation with the team in the organization of production processes. • Implementation of projects at customer sites at military training grounds and shooting ranges throughout the country.   Requirements: • Polish citizenship • technical education (mechanical, construction, carpentry, welding or related) is welcome, • (optional) basic knowledge of working with tools and machine tools, • willingness to learn and develop in the technical industry, • responsibility, conscientiousness and ability to work in a team.
