We are seeking a qualified nurse to work with residents who are under the daily care of home caregivers. This position will be responsible for regular visits, patient health checks, and performing medical procedures in accordance with applicable standards.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Performing nursing activities in patients' homes (injections, measuring parameters, applying dressings and probes, changing dressings, caring for wounds, etc.)
Patient health checks and medical records
Collaboration with doctors, family and caregivers
Providing caregivers with guidance on basic care
Monitoring treatment progress
Responding to situations requiring medical intervention
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: nursing (diploma)
The right to practice a profession
Knowledge of German at a communicative level (min. B2–C1)
Experience in home care or geriatrics is welcome
Empathy, patience, responsibility
Driving license Category B and car (additional driving experience required)
WE OFFER:
Stable employment with attractive terms and conditions 4,400 euros/gross + benefits
Work only on weekends 30-40 hours per month
