The bankruptcy trustee of SORBITOWER sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy will sell the potential compensation claim due to the bankrupt against two natural persons in connection with the conclusion of the real estate sale agreement in which the bankrupt acted as the buyer and the bankrupt incurring a liability in the amount of PLN 4,168,750 in order to cover VAT on the sale of real estate, whereby this transaction was not subject to VAT tax, and the above-mentioned amount was not returned, for a price not lower than b) PLN 62,077.90 (say: sixty-two thousand seventy-seven zlotys 90/100).
