It has a 3-speed gearbox with grip shift on the handlebars, a bell, front and rear brakes, coaster brakes, pedals that can be pushed back, front and rear mudguards, a dynamo for the front wheel, and front and rear lights, all of which function perfectly. Only two small screws are missing from the rear luggage rack. For a lower price, you can buy these parts at a bike shop or hardware store; that's the least of your problems.
