Your adventure begins in the underground enclave of Speranza – a bustling hub of trade, gossip and uncertain alliances. This is where you craft, repair, and upgrade your gear before venturing to the surface, where deadly ARC machines patrol the ruins of an ancient civilization. You can play solo or in a team of three, teaming up with other raiders to increase your chances of survival. Traverse wastelands where nature is slowly regaining dominance, search the ruined buildings and ruins of former metropolises for valuable artifacts. ARC MACHINES – YOUR GREATEST ENEMIES The world on the surface is ruled by ARC machines – from small patrol drones to huge, walking colossi that can raze entire settlements to the ground. Their origins are a mystery, but their goal seems to be the total extermination of humanity. Each type of machine requires a different strategy – you need to observe, analyze, and exploit their weaknesses. However, the sounds of combat attract not only machines, but also other looters, who will be happy to take advantage of your fatigue and grab everything you get. WALK YOUR OWN PATH The skill tree in ARC Raiders is divided into three main paths: Survival – focused on silent movement, fast looting, and increased resilience.
