You can play solo or in online co-op for up to four people, sharing the equipment and skills you acquire. At the heart of the gameplay is a spectacular, reactive combat system. The world of Cloudheim can be destroyed and used tactically – knock columns on your opponents, drag them into tornadoes, fire Greeble from cannons, or kick explosive barrels into the middle of the fight. At the Odin Shell flying base, you expand your workshop by crafting weapons, equipment, and more powers. Cloudheim offers a visual crafting system that eliminates waiting in menus – you do everything directly in the game world. You can use the crafted items in battle or sell them by running your own shop in the heavens. Grow it, replenish shelves, and fulfill orders to increase your reputation and revenue. Many creatures will appear on your way to help you in your adventure. The blins do the small jobs, and Gnasher – a creature with an insatiable appetite – will become a faithful companion. With their help, you will defeat not only wild fauna, but also ancient gods who are just waiting to wake up from their slumber. In Cloudheim, you'll explore a variety of locations full of loot, puzzles, and challenging enemies, from the icy crypts of Frostvaldr to the sun-drenched wastelands of Dustlanger.
