DEATHLOOP is a next-generation first-person shooter game developed by Arkane Lyon, the studio behind the Dishonored brand. In DEATHLOOP, two rival assassins are trapped in a mysterious time loop on Blackreef Island and doomed to repeat the same day indefinitely. You play as Colt, whose only chance to escape is to break the cycle by eliminating eight key objectives before the day's reset occurs. Learn from each cycle. You'll explore the story as Colt, eliminating targets scattered across Blackreef Island to break the loop and regain your freedom. Julianna will be hunting you all the time, and she can be controlled by another player. And if you're in the mood for a bit of chess, you can play as Julianna and sneak into another player's gameplay to kill Colt. The multiplayer experience will be completely optional – players will be given the opportunity to entrust control over Julianna AI in their campaign. Blackreef Island – Paradise or PrisonArkane is known for its stunningly artistic worlds offering a variety of paths and emergent gameplay. DEATHLOOP will take place in a delightful, retro-futuristic, 60s-inspired world, which will be one of the protagonists of this story in itself. Although Blackreef may seem like a stylish paradise, for Colt this island is a prison – a world riddled with decadence, where death has no meaning, and the perpetually partying and morally devoid of principles do not give him respite.
