Decktamer is a turn-based roguelike that combines deck-building with monster catching, where each card is a living creature encountered in the dark depths of the abyss. In this unpredictable land, creatures that have adapted to extremely harsh conditions await, and according to legends, great wealth awaits at the very bottom of the crater. With each level, however, the monsters become more and more bizarre and dangerous. In Decktamer, you don't get cards in the traditional way – you have to raise them, or rather tame your opponents to join your deck. This is dangerous, because the death of one of your creatures means the permanent loss of the corresponding card. So the risk is real, and every decision can decide the future of the entire expedition. Each card can make a move each turn, which opens up the field for deep tactics and planning. Will your strategy go as predicted? Or maybe your opponents will surprise you with a sudden change in the situation? The abyss hides many opportunities and even more threats. A unique feature is the ability to transfer abilities between creatures. Mutants that inhabit the abyss can have abilities they shouldn't have, and using them to create powerful combos can determine your victory.
