Learn to fight, upgrade your abilities, and traverse increasingly hostile and dangerous worlds to renew the Eternal Flame. Face your enemies with a variety of strike and attack combinations, including bursts, fiery dodges and sprints, AoE strikes, and high-destructive finishers. But don't act thoughtlessly, because proper stamina management is crucial. Each biome in the game has unique enemies and obstacles and challenges of increasing difficulty. Check the Bestiary regularly, which describes the weaknesses and strengths of your enemies as you discover. Bare fists are not always enough - sometimes you need to help them. Upgrade your Ignis to your heart's content with new abilities and passive abilities. Seeds collected from defeated enemies will allow you to discover new tricks, and as you complete quests, you'll receive runes that unlock abilities. Mix and match as you like, creating and testing tons of upgrade sets for the Ignis to suit your needs. To restore the Eternal Flame, you must comb through environments for leftover energy to power the main campfire at each level. But be careful: the energy you collect is also your life energy.
