In the year 2171, the world is a completely different place. Countries merged into rival supernations called the U.C.S. and the O.C.U. Humanity began a massive expansion into space, building orbital elevators to place observation satellites and control its adversaries. However, tensions rise when the orbital elevator of the U.C.S. is destroyed by unknown forces. Dylan Ramsey, a young engineer, is quickly drawn into a whirlwind of destruction, conspiracies and crumbling alliances in a new war between the O.C.U. and the U.C.S.
