The year is 1968. Lincoln Clay, a veteran of the Vietnam War, returns to his native New Bordeaux with the hope of a new life. When his surrogate family – the black mafia – is betrayed and brutally murdered by Italian mafiosi, Lincoln embarks on a bloody path of revenge. He builds his own criminal organization to break up the old mafia structures and take control of the city.
