To ensure victory for your people, you will have to explore and conquer new territories, recruit soldiers and strengthen your troops by building huge and fearsome war mechs. Relive the story in a fictional past full of mechanical motors and technology, where every choice will matter. Fight with caution, because in Scythe, you win for your people and with their help. Balance: Each player starts the game with different resources (energy, coins, combat strength, popularity...), in a different location and with secret objectives. The starting positions are motivated by the specialization and uniqueness of each faction and the balanced nature of the game. Strategy: Scythe offers players almost total control over fate. The only random items other than each player's secret objectives are the Encounter Cards, which players download when interacting with the inhabitants of newly conquered lands.
