In the fall of 2008, Victoria is sent to Maine, where Ellen Dunnigan's body has just been found. The modus operandi and video sent to the police and the press leave no doubt as to the identity of the killer: the East Coast Torturer has struck again! The autopsy does not provide any clues, as the serial killer carefully washed the body. Once again, the killer did not make any mistakes.
