Expansion Features: • Endless Journey Create a dream list by collecting goals throughout your Sim's life, starting as a young adult. New items will appear in the list depending on the characteristics of the Sim and their family relationships, but you can also choose your own dreams. You can also delete selected items, however, ticking them off will bring amazing rewards. If a Sim dies without completing objectives, they can devote their afterlife to taking care of unfinished business. Once a Sim has fulfilled all the dreams on the list, they can respawn, but also move on or stay among Sims as a ghost. • A Spooky Wonderful Life Turn death into the work of your life with a career as a member of the Dark Reaper team – mow souls, help ghosts, clean up haunted places, and more. You can also become a funeral expert and deal with death from the point of view of the living. Outside of work, you can spend your days exploring crypts and developing thanatology skills to fulfill your new aspiration, "Spiritual Historian." All of this, as well as other dark pastimes like mending your relationship with your raven (just be careful – provoking them can have deadly consequences) or collecting and reading lost Lady Ravendancer Quarter tarot cards, will be especially appealing to Sims who possess one of the three new traits – "Gruesome". • Goodbye (for now) Different Sims experience grief in different ways. There are four types of grief that are related to the personality of Sims and the relationship they had with the deceased. Grief rituals can be customized as you wish, so you can organize a celebration (or celebrations) that fits your story. Sims can write wills while they are alive to give souvenirs to others, give care to their charges, give away Simoleons, and more. Sims can honor the dead by placing an altar with their portrait in the house, as well as burying their urns in crypts or coffins and burial places. • Friendly or spooky? Traverse the streets as a ghost and spend your afterlife helping the living or tormenting them. Ghosts develop their skills by doing a variety of activities, from helping with household chores to lifting live Sims into the air and hanging them upside down (it's pretty fun and rewarding – they can drop Simoleons!). Through interactions with the living, they will receive essences of fear or kindness, which they can then sell. There is no boredom after death! And if the ghosts feel like it, they can even meet for a special ghostly bara-bara! • A city worth visiting The veil between life and death is thin in Ravenwood, a town with three boroughs. Visit the countryside and swim near a mysterious face carved into a cliff. Or you can head to the village, where you'll find peculiar items to buy near the old cemetery of the Specter family, a haunted house for the brave, and a festival you can attend. The inhabitants of the first two neighborhoods are (mostly) alive, but in the third one, the ghosts will feel right at home – there you will find two more festivals and a ghostly support group. Living Sims can dive into the Swamp of Doom to get out of their bodies and try their hand as temporary spirits. Well, usually "temporary" – just don't overdo it.
