The Hattori Clan Pack is an add-on for Total War: SHOGUN 2 that unlocks content previously exclusive to the Limited Edition. The expansion introduces a new, fully playable faction – the Hattori clan – and additional elements for single-player and multiplayer. The Hattori clan are the ninjutsu masters of the Iga-ryu school, specializing in assassination, sabotage, and guerrilla warfare. The faction is available in single-player and multiplayer campaigns, as well as in own and online battles. The Hattori have the strongest ninja units on the battlefield, which allows for unusual, sneaky strategies and surprising the enemy. The expansion also includes a historical scenario of the Battle of Nagashino in 1575, in which an alliance of the Oda and Tokugawa clans faces the legendary Takeda clan. The player can recreate the course of events or completely change the course of history by choosing one of the three available factions. The pack also offers a unique armor set for the General's avatar, which provides the added effect of the Bad Omen retainer, lowering the morale of enemy ashigar units in online play. In addition, the player receives a pool of experience points, allowing you to start playing with the general's avatar at a higher level, with immediate access to the development point.
