Shipment:

• The item will be shipped via postal service within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes between 2 and 3 business days.

Return:

• You can return the item within 30 days.
• The item must not be used and must be in its original condition.
• We will cover the return shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong item.

Information regarding the law on the placing on the market, take-back, and environmentally sound disposal of electrical and electronic equipment: Manufacturers (including importers) are legally obligated to take back old electrical and electronic equipment free of charge. Electrical and electronic equipment must be marked with a symbol (a crossed-out wheeled bin). As a retailer, we are legally obligated to inform you that such old equipment must not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. It must be collected separately and disposed of via local collection and return systems. As required by the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we only sell electrical and electronic equipment from manufacturers registered with the relevant authority. These companies provide proof of insolvency-proof financing for the take-back and disposal of their electrical equipment! You can, of course, return old equipment purchased from us to our stores or send it to us with sufficient postage. We will take care of its proper disposal or recycling. Return of Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries: According to the German Battery Act (BattG), you are obligated to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. Disposal via household waste is prohibited. Batteries or rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can. You can send these to us free of charge. You can drop off the batteries and rechargeable batteries at designated local collection points or use the procedure described above for sending batteries and rechargeable batteries in accordance with legal regulations. Please ensure sufficient postage is paid to avoid higher shipping costs for us. Do not send batteries and rechargeable batteries postage due, as this results in significantly higher shipping costs for us. We will reimburse your postage costs immediately. IMPORTANT: Alternatively, municipal collection points also offer free acceptance of batteries and rechargeable batteries!
