The built-in AI system automatically recognizes the type of film and selects the knife pressure. The result? Zero rework and 100% precision the first time. This reduces the onboarding time for new employees and reduces operator errors. The result is smooth edges, a perfect fit and fewer complaints.

The plotter has a compact housing, so it takes up less space and fits even in a small point of sale. It is equipped with a large, adjustable 7-inch touchscreen with an intuitive interface available in 28 languages. The device works very quietly, so it works well at the point of sale and service.

Cutting precision and convenience
The USB-C port allows you to connect the applicator as a power source. An additional 5 film guide rollers improve material stability during cutting, which increases precision and reduces the risk of film shifting. The plotter has a carbide knife for all types of film, eliminating the need to replace it depending on the material used. With a cutting precision of 0.1 mm, you can achieve a precise fit and a repeatable result.

The plotter supports a database of thousands of models: from the latest smartphones to laptops and household appliances such as the Thermomix. With support for formats up to 16 inches and manual dimensioning, your point of sale will never refuse to help you – you can secure almost any equipment on the market.

The database is constantly updated free of charge, so that the point of sale does not have to maintain a large stock of finished glass. Instead, it works on film sets and creates an on-demand product from a single sheet for a specific model. This reduces financial losses, reduces the backlog of goods and allows for better use of working capital.

Wide selection of films and greater sales opportunities
The device allows you to cut films of various thicknesses – from standard TPU and EPU (hydrogel) films, through specialized variants – matte and privatizing films, to Nano Glass with a hardness of 9H. It is the only plotter on the market that offers the ability to cut in Flexible Nano Glass. Thanks to high precision, you can prepare full 360° protection: for the screen, back and sides of the housing.

Forcell film compatibility and margin development
Full compatibility means that if you already have Forcell films, your new plotter will handle them without any problems – without losing inventory. Forcell's offer includes standard films, higher-strength variants and products with a high admixture of tempered glass. The materials use thin-film polymer coating technology, so they effectively protect the screen from impact and damage. Specialized films are also available, including privacy, matte, anti-reflective and variants with a high hardness of 9H.
