Hello, dear antique lovers! I am offering a very old portrait picture frame. The portrait picture frame is very, very old. I inherited it from my mother and she inherited it from her mother, my grandmother. That means it was made in the 18th century. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give exact details. As can be seen in the photos, it is decorated with stones. I cannot say what kind of stones they are, but it is definitely old. It is also ornately decorated and it is all handmade; no machine could do that, and certainly not back then. I don't want to part with it, but at some point you have to be able to let go. As for the price, I had it appraised by an antique dealer and he gave me this price with reservations, so it could be worth even more. That is a matter of interest.
