The Gardena Water Control & Sensor Set (1869-20) is an intelligent solution for automatic and needs-based garden irrigation. The set consists of a water control, a soil moisture sensor and – depending on the variant – a gateway for connection to the Smart System. This means that irrigation is optimally adapted to the actual needs of the plants. The integrated sensor measures the soil moisture directly at the roots of the plants and transmits the data to the controller.
