How the washer works: The cleaning fluid located at the bottom of the washer is delivered by an electric flow pump through a hose terminated with a through-flow brush to the item being cleaned (e.g., an engine part). The liquid flowing through the brush dissolves and washes away greasy contaminants from the item being cleaned. Heavier compounds settle at the bottom of the barrel, and the cleaning fluid (being lighter) is returned to the system. The cleaning fluid circuit is closed.
