Since 1993, she has been publishing crime novels about the extraordinary inspector Hanne Wilhelmsen. The author lives in Oslo. Biography (Gabriele Haefs) Dr. Gabriele Haefs studied linguistics in Bonn and Hamburg. For 25 years, she has been translating from Danish, English, Dutch and Welsh, among others.
