Kleo leads a middle-class, conformist life - until her twenty-fifth birthday, when she decides that something has to change. While Zurich seems to be melting in an apocalyptic hot summer, she hides in her apartment and slowly transforms into her feral alter ego Leoparda. A sunburn develops into a blotchy skin pattern, her teeth become more and more pointed, and soon she only scurries outside at night. As a big cat, she haunts the people from her past: Adriano from the Tinder date, her ex-psychologist and best friend Feli, who constantly lectures her, her students, whose apathy annoys her, and also her parents, whose polished façade of happiness is finally cracking. Leoparda shares her adventures on social media, where she becomes a star, while the old Kleo disappears more and more.
