Biografie

Anne Gesthuysen ist 1969 am unteren Niederrhein in dem kleinen Dorf Veen geboren und aufgewachsen. Nach dem Abitur ging sie in die Großstadt. Anne Gesthuysen hat Journalistik und Romanistik studiert. Seit 1987 arbeitet sie als Reporterin und Autorin von Dokumentationen für diverse Fernsehsender. Zwischendurch machte sie einen Abstecher zum französischen Radio. Seit 15 Jahren steht sie auch vor der Kamera, die bisher längste Zeit für das ARD-Morgenmagazin, das sie seit 2004 moderiert. Sie lebt mit Mann und Kind in Köln.
