Embracing life means savoring happiness and joie de vivre. Anselm Grün is a master in capturing the moments of happiness in life with his spiritual texts and passing them on in the wisdom tradition. As an encourager, he also accompanies new departures and changes that people dare or fear. And it makes it clear that we can also embrace everything that we have not voluntarily invited into our lives: getting older, strife, fear, mistakes or indecision. A grateful look at all the good that has been given to us allows us to move on even in difficult times. He reconciles us with ourselves and opens us again and again to joy.
