A shining moment for women: equal pay for equal work. 1978: Henni is happy in her job as a photo lab technician. But then she discovers that her colleague Tom earns significantly more – despite having less experience. Henni and the other women in the lab join forces to fight for fair pay. Much to the displeasure of the general public, as well as Henni's husband, who find the women's anger inappropriate. Tom supports Henni, but never publicly sides with her. Can she trust him, and does she even have feelings for him?
