If people only knew that God was waiting behind a hedge of cherry laurel and yew, just waiting to finally go and live.' Jette and Liz have been best friends for as long as they can remember. And they are each other's greatest support. Because even though everything looks perfect on the outside, things are really brewing in their families. And the suburb where they live is incredibly boring. Every hedge is meticulously trimmed, every smile wiped from faces. But then one evening, Jack stands before them. A boy their age, and yet completely different. Because Jack isn't just anyone, Jack is God. Immediately, Liz and Jette have grand plans for how Jack can make everything better, but there's a small problem: free will.
