Annette Marquardt: Investigations Behind the Dike (New Book)
Serious crimes are committed even in rural areas. This book offers a well-founded insight into the work of prosecutors, forensic medicine, and forensic psychiatry in solving capital offenses. Using real cases, it demonstrates how investigations are conducted, what clues point to perpetrators, and what legal, medical, and psychological issues play a role. Drawing on their many years of experience, the authors illuminate the challenges and limitations of crime investigation—objectively, fact-based, and engagingly.
