Biography (Svenja Hofert) Svenja Hofert is the author of several successful self-help books and has worked in career counseling for many years. She runs a coaching office in Hamburg. Her focus areas are the IT industry, media, tourism, and marketing, including entrepreneurship. The linguist and educator has her own management experience and holds various certifications, including as an e-learning manager. Together with three colleagues, Svenja Hofert also operates nationwide as an outplacement consultancy, 4Jobcoach, on behalf of companies. Biography (Björn Migge) Dr. Björn Migge studied medicine and social behavioral science. He worked in Zurich as a senior physician and university lecturer before founding a coaching training institute in Westphalia.
