Furthermore, the various fish species are presented and it is explained exactly which equipment and which technique can best be used to catch the respective species in which place, and how to behave if the fish actually bites. A short chapter also introduces fly fishing and fishing (but not deep-sea fishing) in the Mediterranean, so that the reader can also try out his newly acquired fishing skills while on vacation in salt water.
