Biography (Marcus Geschwandtner)

Dr. Marcus Geschwandtner is a lawyer at CBH Rechtsanwälte in Cologne. He is an expert witness at hearings of the Finance Committee of the German Bundestag (among other things, on banking supervisory law) and a member of the Working Group on Banking and Capital Markets Law as well as the Society for Banking Law.
