About the work This new publication offers a compact overview of agricultural law. It serves primarily as a short textbook for students, but is also intended to provide practitioners who only occasionally come into contact with agricultural law topics or would like to specialize accordingly a quick introduction and quick orientation in this extremely diverse cross-sectional area.
