Brand new quick recipes from Christian Henze: This is what summer tastes like!

Why sweat in the kitchen when life outside beckons? With the new volume from Christian Henze's successful "After-Work Quick Recipes" series, summer delights are a breeze.

The top chef, once Gunter Sachs' private chef in St. Tropez, knows better than anyone what summer tastes like – fresh and light. His brand-new creations bring a holiday feeling to the plate: crisp salads, ice-cold refreshments, and small delicacies that are guaranteed to succeed and are ready in just a few minutes.

This keeps the kitchen cool, the evening relaxed -- and you have more time for what summer is really about: relaxed evenings with friends or simply relaxing in the sun.
