The physicists Harald Lesch and Axel Kleidon are angry about the widespread unwillingness of broad political circles to understand how nature works - a text that shakes up Harald Lesch and Axel Kleidon are annoyed: Time and again, those responsible in politics and business try to pretend that the laws of nature can simply be ignored. Politicians like to believe in technical Harry Potter magic tricks. That is why the two physicists speak plainly here: nature does not negotiate, it is not a party, it does not allow itself to be co-opted. They explain briefly and concisely what efficient energy use and climate protection mean, why energy is devalued and what measures would be taken by a policy that has understood how nature works. Biography (Harald Lesch) Harald Lesch, born in 1960 in Giessen, is Professor of Theoretical Astrophysics at the Institute for Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Munich, a reviewer for astrophysics at the DFG and a member of the Astronomical Society. He is known to a wider public through the alpha-Centauri series on Bavarian television. Since September 2008 he has been presenting the ZDF series Abenteuer Forschung .
