People are drowning in emails, specifications, lists, forms, meetings and reports. Simplifying and omitting is becoming increasingly important in a world with millions of rules, apps and AI tools. SIMPLE allows focus, time and energy for valuable work. While politicians and associations are calling for MORE work, companies are impressively showing how they can do MORE with tidy work without working MORE. If we leave out twenty percent worthless work, we can work less and master demographic change. EINFACH is the common thread through the history of our work.
