Once upon a time in the Wild West... In Germany, every child knows the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. But in the Wild West, Snow White and the Frog Prince don't resonate much. Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm quickly realize this, as their reading tour in America threatens to be a colossal flop. Luckily, Lucky Luke is on hand to appease the discontent of the disappointed audience. To win over the crowds, the brothers want to expand their repertoire to include American fairy tales and approach Ma Dalton with their request. She presents them with the story of the four perfectly respectable brothers – an instant hit in the saloons. But four rather grim brothers are not at all happy with the sudden change in their image brought about by these fairy tales. A Lucky Luke homage by the German comic artists Flix and Reinhard Kleist. Biography (Flix): Flix was born in 1976 in Münster/Westphalia, grew up in Darmstadt, and now lives in Berlin. He studied communication design in Saarbrücken and Barcelona, becoming the first person in his university's history to complete a diploma thesis focusing on comics and graduating top of his class. Immediately after graduating, Flix secured a lectureship in drawing at the Saar University of Fine Arts. He also works as a freelance comic artist and illustrator. In addition to comics, Flix draws cartoons. Flix enjoys good music, Spain, and would sell his left kidney for a good caipirinha.
