The town of Purgatory is suffering from an acute shortage of women. To remedy this problem, a convoy of marriage-minded and adventurous women sets off westward from Saint Louis. The wagon train is led by the experienced coachman Hank Bully and, of course, Lucky Luke, who must be careful not to accidentally get married himself.
