Somewhere in the African Sahara: Truck driver Rocco is tired of being assigned only the worst trucks by his boss Castigliano. When the new driver Steiner, of all people, is supposed to drive a brand new truck, his collar bursts and he steals the vehicle with the entire load, which is smuggled weapons, in order to sell both across the border. Castigliano, beside himself with rage, then sends his best driver and friend Hervé after Rocco to get his truck and load back. A relentless desert race ensues...
