David and Jack are two American students who hitchhike through the Scottish Highlands on their trip to Europe. Tired and frozen, they reach the small pub "The Slaughtered Lamb". The two have already noticed that the people in this area are a little strange, but the population in the small nest behaves very strangely. After they have been reluctantly served a cup of tea, David and Jack set off again as quickly as possible - not without receiving one last urgent warning: "Stay on the road and stay away from the moor!" and "Beware of the moon". Whatever that means, remains the secret of the pub guests. A little surprised but otherwise unimpressed, the two continue their way through the rainy night, of course they go off the road, get lost in the moor - and are promptly attacked by a werewolf. Jack dies, David is seriously injured and taken to hospital. Despite the caring care of nurse Alex (Jenny Agutter), he is tormented night after night by horrific nightmares in which his dead friend appears to him and announces that he himself will become a human-murdering werewolf at the next full moon. The curse can only be broken if David kills himself - and he should please do that now, so that the remaining victims can finally find their peace. David, however, is firmly convinced that he is hallucinating. But the night of the next full moon is just around the corner - and everything looks different ... bloodier. New product
