Robert Dühring is a respected businessman in a small town in Baden, his brother Georg a prisoner convicted of raping three women. Robert has been disowning Georg for years, not even his fiancée Lisa knows about his brother. But now, after his time in prison and preventive detention, Robert Georg has to take him in and accompany him in his first steps towards resocialization. Georg's presence makes Robert fear for his bourgeois reputation, frightens Lisa and triggers protest and resistance among the citizens of the village, including close friends of Robert and Lisa. The situation quickly gets out of control, and a pogrom atmosphere spreads in the village. Robert is overwhelmed, he doesn't want to risk his whole life falling apart. But he also begins to understand that Georg must be granted a second chance, despite all the aggressiveness he has shown to the outside world. Language: German (Dolby Digital 2.0)
