Police rookie Karl-Heinz (Luke Wilkins) has just received a reprimand from his boss for botching a major operation against car thieves. As punishment, Karl-Heinz is now assigned to speed traps on country roads. He sees an opportunity for reintegration when a gang of souped-up highway racers roars into view. Cool guys and sexy girls who use their souped-up cars to make Germany's autobahns their playground. On a whim, Karl-Heinz goes undercover and infiltrates the group, getting acquainted with their colorful characters.
