When a US fighter jet crashes south of Malta and falls into the sea, it is more than just an accident. On board the jet is a brand new, fully electronic laser guidance system, which must not fall into the wrong hands under any circumstances. The CIA therefore sends super agent Ken Tani, known as "Red Eagle," to recover the expensive system. Agent Andrei enters the race for the Russian secret service KGB. A dramatic duel ensues between the two.
