Zephyr, a surfer with a troubled past, just wants to keep to herself on Australia's Gold Coast. Only for Moses does she seem to have any feelings after a romantic night. To avoid confronting her feelings, she heads for the next wave. There, she falls into the clutches of shark fanatic and serial killer Tucker. Trapped on his boat, Zephyr fights desperately for her life. And in doing so, she must confront not only her fear of sharks, but also the true monster: man.
