Music video director Domino has just broken up with her lover and is trying to make a film about jazz singer Billie Holiday. Searching for love, she experiences wild affairs in nighttime Paris, but remains unfulfilled herself. This changes when she receives a mysterious phone call; the enigmatic voice belongs to a voyeuristic neighbor who is watching her through a telescope. A shameless game of lust and submission begins.
