Since birth, young Charlie has possessed the ability to start fires. Initially only partially manifested, this ability becomes increasingly difficult to control as she grows older. The young girl and her parents, Andy and Vicky, have been constantly on the run ever since. A mysterious agency wants to use Charlie's abilities as a weapon of mass destruction.
