On New Year's Eve, bellboy Ted begins his shift at a once-elegant, but now dilapidated, hotel. It turns out to be a tough job, as Ted has to deal with the most bizarre problems: a few attractive women need the "juice" that only a man can provide for a witch's ritual; a couple in room 404 are playing "murder of passion," and Ted finds himself in the line of fire; the children of a tough guy turn out to be little terrorists; and two heavily intoxicated friends are reenacting a macabre Hitchcockian wager involving the loss of body parts...
