It takes Michael Myers over a year to recover from the explosion that nearly killed him, during which time he is cared for by a homeless man. Once he regains his strength, he kills the man and sets out to find his niece, Jamie. She has been mute and receiving treatment since Michael's last attack. Dr. Loomis is very interested in her case, as there is a supernatural connection between Jamie and Michael. As Halloween approaches, Dr. Loomis uses Jamie as bait and manages to overpower Michael and have him imprisoned in the police department. But is this truly the end of the horror?
