The married couple Max and Lisa Lindemann own the "Hotel Paradies" in a romantic bay of Mallorca. The hotel is run as a family business - sons Frank and Michael work at the reception, and grandpa takes care of the garden. The hotel caters mainly to German guests and is a popular meeting place on the island. Years ago, the former owner, Mr. Kroll, now owner of the "Park Hotel", had to sell the Hotel Paradies to Grandpa Lindemann due to a lack of money and now wants it back at all costs. A fight for the hotel, for gold bars and new ownership begins.
